To help make your stay at Holiday Inn Express Toronto Downtown in Toronto as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Internet
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
- Parking
Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs CAD 35 per day.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for CAD 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Parking is not permitted to vehicles over a clearance level of 6.1 feet. Limited space is available and cannot be guaranteed. Please note: guests making reservations through this site are not eligible to receive Priority Club points/miles.
